Network Maintenance, Analysis and Troubleshooting
Staffed with engineers with not only technical expertise (with the certifications to prove it) but also common sense and know-how, SGC provides clients many alternatives for network maintenance, analysis and troubleshooting. If we cannot first, identify and mitigate risk in networks through regular maintenance or an analysis engagement, quickly identifying the cause of the problem and having the resources necessary to solve the problem is the primary focus of our engineering staff during troubleshooting engagements.
We offer different plans to maintain and troubleshoot your network. Depending on your budget you may decide that our standard next day response time is sufficient. If however, your need for response is a priority you may decide to employ one of two service plans: The SGC Network Warranty and Retainer Plans. Both plans offer priority response: same day for low or high-end servers or next day service for desktops and laptops. Talk to one of our sales consultants for details regarding these plans.
